POAH Communities is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Trinity Towers East, a 14-story, 156-unit development in Melbourne, FL. The role supports the Property Manager with leasing, occupancy, and compliance tasks, ensuring HUD and local regulations are followed.

The chosen candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with subsidized housing programs, and familiarity with Yardi. A team-oriented, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal, written and customer service communication skills.
• Experience with government-assisted and subsidized housing programs is preferred.
• Familiarity with Yardi software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in day-to-day operations, leasing, and occupancy.
• Assist in ensuring HUD/state housing regulations are followed.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and tenants to maintain safety and health standards.
• Process move-ins/move-outs and handle certifications in Yardi.
