Riverstone Communities is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Crescent Mobile Home Park in Gloucester City, NJ. The role focuses on resident relations, occupancy strategies, and day-to-day office duties.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of administrative and customer service experience, with Spanish bilingual skills preferred. Valid driver's license and physical ability to perform duties are required. A supportive team environment awaits with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative work in an office setting.
• 1-2 years of excellent customer service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Active lifestyle: walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Computer proficiency with internet, Google or Microsoft programs and email.

Responsibilities

• Interact with current and prospective residents to provide excellent service.
• Help achieve high occupancy by marketing the community.
• Assist with collecting rent and fees promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company home standards by daily site walks.
• Maintain the property office and complete general admin tasks.
• Follow up with prospects and applicants.
• Support Fair Housing guidelines.
• Assist in leading the property in the manager's absence.
