Qualifications

• Three years of property management experience or in a related field.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• NCHM COS and TCS certification or equivalent, or willingness to obtain.
• Proven marketing and leasing track record.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Attracts, retains, coaches, motivates and leads a high-performance team and ensures compliance with standards.
• Oversees operations, marketing, financial management and maintenance of the property.
• Maintains safe, clean, and attractive grounds and a positive resident experience.
• Develops annual operating budget and maintenance plans; monitors expenses and revenues.
• Interacts with residents and staff to address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensures compliance with Enterprise policies and applicable laws; manages lease renewals.
• Leads sales and marketing activities to achieve occupancy goals; analyzes market trends.
• Monitors safety protocols and promotes a culture of safety.
• Prepares and distributes reports on operational and financial data.
• Supports training and career development for property staff.
