Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with rent collection and lease enforcement procedures.
• Conduct market research and assist in marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
• Drive to various properties as needed for meetings and other duties.
