Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our residential portfolio. This role supports leasing activities, resident relations, and property operations across our managed communities.

You will assist with move-out notices, lease renewals, rent collections, and marketing efforts while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction and property upkeep. The position requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work weekends if needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related leasing or property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations issues, including taking resident phone calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Assist with developing and tracking marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions and publications.
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review and inspect vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect the property for community policy violations, needed repairs and overall landscaping.
• Additional duties as assigned.
