Qualifications

• Minimum one year of property management experience.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Capable of performing duties of the Property Manager in their absence.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the overall management of residential properties.

• Assist in rent collection and receipts preparation.
• Maintain resident and office files and prepare notices.
• Support in annual property inspections and reporting.
