Job summary

CRMG is seeking an Affordable Assistant Manager for Autumn Park, a 144-unit community in Wilsonville, OR. The role involves day-to-day property management, marketing, rent collection, notices, and reporting to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction.

Requirements include a High School diploma, 6 months of property management experience preferred, strong customer service, and solid MS Office 365 skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six (6) months of property management experience is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Basic math skills with ability to perform bookkeeping tasks (collecting rent, preparing reports, and agreements).
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office 365 programs, printer/scanner/fax operation, and accurate filing.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day management of a specific property, including marketing and maintaining property integrity.
• Screen prospective residents, collect rents, serve notices, develop reports, and prepare agreements.
• Maintain and communicate with residents, and support bookkeeping tasks and reporting.
