Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience required.
• One year of property management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and safety protocols is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations including marketing and maintenance.
• Screen prospective residents, collect rents, issue notices, and prepare reports.
• Prepare rental agreements and ensure property integrity and compliance.
