Qualifications

• Previous Commercial Property Management experience.
• Working knowledge of Commercial Retail building leases.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Yardi software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors and contractors.
• Manages accounts payable/receivables and invoices; enters data into accounting system.
• Receives tenant calls and enters service requests; dispatches building engineers.
• Prepares commencement notices and rent commencement letters.
• Assists with the bid process of contracted services.
• Responsible for rent collections.
• Conducts property inspections and ensures maintenance of physical assets.
• Prepares annual CAM billings.
• Manages lease administration and rent roll accuracy.
• Reviews variance reports, tenant ledgers and aged-receivable detail.
