Live AMC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Aurora, Colorado, to support the Community Manager in managing community operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of property management experience, excellent communication skills, and strong professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Utilize customer service techniques and ensure courteous response to resident requests.
• Collect all monies due and oversee audits.
• Communicate with legal counsel during eviction processes.
• Finalize move in/out and renewals files.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms and unit specifications.
• Conduct outreach marketing and maintain resident retention programs.
