Job summary

Real Estate Personnel, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of ~500,000 square feet across Denver, Aurora, the Western Slope, and surrounding Colorado areas.

The role requires independent management, strong financial acumen, and active involvement with tenants. You will visit properties regularly, manage leases and CAMs, coordinate maintenance and capital projects, and maintain detailed records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of direct commercial property management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial leases, CAM expenses, budgeting, and reconciliations.
• Experience with retail, industrial, office, or other commercial property types.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple properties and competing priorities.
• Must be comfortable with regular property visits and travel throughout the assigned portfolio.
• Professional communication and strong tenant/client relationship skills.
• No direct employee supervision is required.

• Work closely with a shared Assistant Property Manager for administrative and property support.
• Maintain accurate property records, reporting, and documentation.

The portfolio includes a diverse mix of commercial properties and related real estate assets.

This position is ideal for an experienced commercial property manager who is comfortable independently managing a diverse portfolio, has strong commercial financial knowledge, and enjoys being actively involved with their properties and tenants.
