• Prior experience in commercial real estate management is required.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with all Microsoft Office software.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Ohio driver’s license are required for travel to properties.
• Candidates will be required to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices, prepare proper payment packages and authorize payment.
• Prepare work orders and obtain multiple bids for repairs (parking lot lights, asphalt, striping, HVAC and roof leaks).
• Prepare and update property management reports.
• Review monthly operating statements and analyze variances.
• Respond to tenant requests in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
• Assist with day-to-day management and operation of assigned properties.
• Assist with periodic projects as needed.
• Prepare work orders, purchase orders, and service agreements.
