Job summary

Basin Street Properties, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager for its Sacramento portfolio. You will assist in day-to-day property management, tenant relations, and operations, reporting to Senior Property Managers.

The role requires strong administration, communications, and organization skills, plus 3–5 years in property management and a valid driver's license. Full-time with benefits and local travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in business/office administration.
• 3–5 years of property/facilities management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property management, maintenance, and construction activities for tenants.
• Respond promptly to tenant requests and manage work orders.
• Assist in vendor selection and contract administration.
• Assist in budget preparation and operating expense reconciliations.
• Support accounting tasks including invoicing and rent collection.
• Conduct property inspections and lease administration.
• Coordinate meetings and training with Senior Property Managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
