Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Property/Facilities Management, Commercial experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel; Yardi experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property management, maintenance, and construction activities for commercial tenants.
• Respond promptly to tenant requests and manage tenant work orders.
• Assist in vendor selection, contract negotiations, and monitoring performance.
• Support budgeting, operating expense reconciliations, and business plans for properties.
• Assist in accounting tasks, invoicing, AR reports, and rent collection.
