SPM, LLC is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager for the Terraces at Clearwater Beach. You will support the Property Manager, handle leasing tasks, and help deliver top-notch resident service to create thriving communities.

The role requires at least one year of leasing or property management experience, sharp organizational skills, and proficiency with Word and Excel. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred for this on-site position.

• At least one year of leasing or property management experience is required.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Professionalism, integrity and respect for resident privacy at all times.
• Excellent communication and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Be the right hand to the Property Manager and keep daily operations smooth.
• Oversee rent collection, issue late notices, and post payments promptly to maximize collections.
• Maintain tenant ledgers and post daily cash receipts with accuracy.
• Handle bank deposits quickly to keep finances on track.
• Process property invoices and support management–resident relations.
• Create a welcoming, professional atmosphere for residents.
