Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group in Abilene, TX is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Country Club Villas. This full-time, on-site role supports the Property Manager with daily operations, tenant relations, and leasing at market rents.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with competitive hourly pay and access to benefits and growth opportunities within a family-owned company.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Property Manager with all on-site property operations
• Ensure tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible
• Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program
• Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy at proper rent levels by showing and leasing apartments
• Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate and at its greatest effect

What We Need From You

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years' experience in an assistant manager or manager role
• Experience in multifamily housing industry required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Customer service experience required
• Sales experience a plus
• Must have excellent computer skills
• Have excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong multitasking abilities
