Monarch Investment and Management Group in Amarillo, TX seeks an Assistant Property Manager for Country Club Villas. You will support the Property Manager with on-site operations, tenant relations, and leasing.

The role requires 1+ years in a managerial capacity in multifamily housing, a High school diploma, and strong computer and communication skills. Compensation includes hourly pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in an assistant manager or manager role.
• Experience in multifamily housing industry required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Customer service experience required.

Location: Country Club Villas, 4401 South Coulter, Amarillo, TX 79109
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Property Manager with all on-site property operations
• Ensure tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible
• Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program
• Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy at proper rent levels by showing and leasing apartments
• Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate and at its greatest effect

What We Need From You

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years' experience in an assistant manager or manager role
• Experience in multifamily housing industry required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Customer service experience required
• Sales experience a plus
• Must have excellent computer skills
• Have excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong multitasking abilities
