Job summary

WinnCompanies is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Pasadena Studios Apartments, a 181-unit affordable housing community in Pasadena, California. You will support the Property Manager in managing all aspects of the community, including leasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, service requests, and customer service.

The pay range is $30.00 to $32.00 per hour depending on experience, with typical hours Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year property management experience.
• 1 year supervisory/ managerial experience.
• LIHTC experience required.
• Proficient with web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication; exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor rent collections and post payments.
• Enforce collection policy and initiate legal action when required.
• Facilitate leasing: tours, applications, recertifications, renewals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resident relations.
• Assist in physical and financial management as needed.
• Act as Property Manager in the Manager's absence.
• Prepare financial reports and notices for management.
• Oversee accounts payable flow from PO to invoices.
