Property Management Administrative Assistant

Pay starting at $18.00 per hour

Job Summary:

The Property Management Administrative Assistant will assist with daily operations of rental properties, focusing on leasing activities, tenant relations, and various administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a keen interest in property management. Candidates should have strong customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and handle pressure well.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  1. Responding to emails
  2. Assisting residents with rent payments, maintenance requests, and complaints
  3. Processing applications, running background checks, verifying references and employment
  4. Starting and ending utilities
  5. Preparing lease agreements
  6. Maintaining accurate and organized tenant files and records
  7. Notifying residents of inspections, delinquencies, and complaints

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with property management
  • Property Management Software proficiency
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
