Pay Range: $30-$33/hour, based on experience, plus potential bonuses!

Job Description:

  • Provide superior customer service
  • Assist in conducting market surveys
  • Show, lease, and facilitate move-ins for prospective residents
  • Update unit availability daily
  • Process rental applications
  • Handle maintenance work orders
  • Follow Trinity operating procedures and policies
  • Manage collections according to company standards
  • Collect past due balances from former residents
  • Perform clerical and phone support tasks
  • Maintain resident files with complete and accurate documentation
  • Coordinate move-in schedules and apartment inspections
  • Resolve resident complaints and escalate issues as needed
  • Conduct move-out inspections and deposit accounting
  • Maintain account records, including NSF’s, rent adjustments, and credits
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Special Requirements:

Physical Demands: The role requires sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, reaching, occasional climbing, and visual acuity for various tasks. Must work at a computer and on the phone for extended periods and respond to alarms. Flexibility for extended hours and weekends is necessary.

Attendance/Travel: Full-time position requiring availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and participation in company events.

Essential Skills: Handling high-stress situations, leadership, communication, collections, organization, time management, customer service, sales, and knowledge of fair housing law.

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Knowledge of property management software (Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident Check) preferred
  • Commitment to professional development
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certifications like CPM, CAM, RMP, or CMCA preferred
  • Minimum two years’ experience in multifamily property management
