- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payment in accordance with company policy.
- Assist with rent collection, bank deposits, and delinquency follow-up.
- Prepare reports, track expenses, and ensure rent roll accuracy.
- Review lease agreements, renewals, and compliance documentation.
Compliance & Legal Awareness
- Maintain working knowledge of Delaware landlord-tenant laws, fair housing regulations, and eviction procedures.
- Ensure all practices and paperwork meet legal and compliance standards.
- Support daily property operations including inspections, work orders, and unit turns.
- Coordinate with maintenance team and third-party vendors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
Resident Relations
- Be a go-to contact for residents—handle concerns, service requests, and communications with care and professionalism.
- Assist in planning and executing resident engagement and retention initiatives.
Leasing & Marketing
- Support leasing efforts: tours, application processing, and move-ins/move-outs.
- Respond to prospective resident inquiries, online and in-person.
- Maintain accurate property listings, signage, and curb appeal.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years’ experience in property management or administrative role, preferably in multifamily housing
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to follow-through
- Familiarity with Entrata property management software strongly preferred
- Working knowledge ofDelaware landlord-tenant lawrequired
- Ability to work some weekends as needed
