We are seeking an Assistant Manager at our King of Prussia, PA property, working under the supervision of the Property Manager.

Assistant Manager job responsibilities:
  • Generate and complete resident renewals
  • Coordinate with Marketing to plan and execute resident retention campaigns
  • Assist Property and Regional Managers with assigned tasks
  • Ensure timely collection and posting of rents and late fees
  • Initiate legal actions following State and Company guidelines
  • Represent the company professionally at all times
  • Complete and accurately input lease and related paperwork
  • Maintain current resident files digitally and physically
  • Support staff teamwork and foster a harmonious environment
  • Maintain community appearance and oversee timely repairs
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and correct unsafe conditions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Ideal candidate qualifications:
  • CALP credential preferred, not required
  • 1-2 years of industry experience and customer service background
  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and active listening abilities
  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
  • Positive attitude and composure under stress
  • Fair Housing certification prior to engaging with prospects or residents
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry software (Yardi, OneSite, Entrata preferred)
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Professional appearance and reliable transportation
