Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Palm Ranch Apartments in Davie, FL. You will support leasing, resident relations, and daily property operations to ensure an exceptional resident experience.

Key duties include processing lease renewals, handling inquiries in a courteous manner, managing work orders in Yardi, and assisting in leasing activities. Associate's degree and 2-4 years in the apartment industry are preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Position: Assistant Property Manager
Location: Palm Ranch Apartments, Davie, FL

Responsibilities

• Prepare resident legal notices and process annual lease renewals
• Verify lease information accuracy; handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously
• Manage work orders and maintain accurate records in Yardi software
• Conduct unit inspections and manage move-in/move-out processes
• Assist in leasing activities, resident relations, and social event planning
• Supervise turnkey operations in the absence of the Property Manager
• Rent collection, follow up on delinquencies, and resolve accounting discrepancies

Position Requirements

• Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience: 2-4 years in the apartment industry, preferably in an Assistant and Leasing position
• Experience with Yardi software is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management software (e.g., Yardi), with strong communication, organizational, and analytical/problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
• Valid Driver's License required
