We take pride in our commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients and residents. We're currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team.
Qualifications:
- POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle eviction notices and represent the property in court.
- Prepare writs and manage the legal eviction process.
- Schedule and attend bailiff-assisted set-outs to ensure smooth tenant transitions.
- Conduct move-out inspections to assess property condition, input documentation into property management software.
- Resolve tenant disputes to ensure satisfactory resolutions.
- Prepare and deliver notices, including legal and lease violation notices.
- Prepare lease renewal documents and update tenant files accordingly.
- Complete all necessary LMHA (Lucas Metropolitan Housing Authority) tenant documentation.
- Assist in completing documents for rental assistance programs.
- Enter rental payments received in the office and keep accurate records.
- Execute payment arrangement agreements for residents with past due balances.
- Prepare and manage delinquency reports to maintain consistent follow-up on overdue payments.
- Assist with preparing reports as requested, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date tenant files and documentation.

- REQUIREMENTS
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- 2+ years previous experience in scattered site property management required.
- Aptitude for quick problem-solving and adaptability.
- Strong leadership skills coupled with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive tenant disputes and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company software systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across various LPG departments.
- Access to a phone compatible with the Quickbooks Time App.
- Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Exemplary organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
