Qualifications:

1. At least 1 year of property management experience
2. Strong communication skills
3. Exceptional customer service abilities
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
5. Working knowledge of Landlord-Tenant and Fair Housing Laws
6. Experience with Entrata software is a plus
