We are seeking experienced Assistant Managers for a 210-unit Class A community in Anderson, SC. Ideal candidates have multi-family industry experience, strong accounting and leasing skills, and excellent customer service abilities.

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for rent collection and posting, delinquency management, move-out procedures, monthly reporting, resident services, and leasing. They assist the Property Manager with property operations and ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
This role involves constant walking, standing, and sitting; climbing stairs; occasional bending, kneeling, and lifting less than 10 lbs (occasionally over 10 lbs). It requires good sensory skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and work indoors and outdoors in moderate noise levels. Exposure to chemicals and fumes is possible.
