Job summary

The Housing Authority of the City of Shreveport (HACS) is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join its team. The role requires successful property management experience and the ability to supervise staff to maintain high performance and occupancy.

You will oversee housing developments, ensure HUD compliance, prepare reports, handle emergencies, and participate in renovations planning to keep units ready for occupancy and in good condition.

• Respond to emergencies during and after regular business hours.
• Perform annual inspections on all assigned housing units; inspect units prior to initial move-in to ensure occupancy readiness.
