The Housing Authority of the City of Shreveport (HACS) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee public housing applications, eligibility determinations, and lease administration. You will ensure compliance with HUD guidelines and coordinate with residents and staff to maintain housing programs.

Responsibilities include managing rental operations, conducting interviews, performing inspections, supervising maintenance staff, and liaising with law enforcement and social services.

Formación

• Four (4) to six (6) years of successful experience in property management.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in operating office machines.

Responsabilidades

• Manages and assists with the application process for Public Housing.
• Manages and assists with the rental program.
• Performs interviews and in-house inspections.
• Manages maintenance staff.
• Maintains liaison with law enforcement and social service agencies.
• Prepares criminal check documents and processes returns.
