SupportFinity™ is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to oversee daily operations and tenant relations in San Francisco, California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property standards, responding to tenant needs, and assisting with lease compliance.
With a focus on effective communication and organization, you will manage financial records and collaborate with contractors while fostering a positive environment for tenants. A bachelor's degree and relevant property management experience are required.
Responsible for the day‑to‑day administration and implementation of policies, procedures and programs that will assure a well‑managed and well‑maintained property. This includes placing maximum emphasis on a positive response to the concerns and needs of the tenants, and on increasing the value of the property in coordination with the Owner’s goals and objectives. The Assistant Property Manager will be assigned to specified action areas at the discretion of the Property Manager and/or Senior Property Manager, so as to best meet the needs of the property.
Participate in various meetings and training activities as designated by the Property Manager and/or higher level management.
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short‑ and long‑term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
