RealJoy Vacations seeks an experienced Assistant Property Manager to lead a small team in Destin, FL, overseeing daily operations for vacation rentals. You will manage a Property Manager and Inspectors, set daily goals, and coordinate tasks to maintain top cleaning and maintenance standards.

You will travel to properties, handle guest issues, and ensure properties meet owner expectations. Weekend work and some holidays are required; company vehicles are provided when available.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced manager to lead a small team in a geographically concentrated area within Destin, FL. Your team will include a Property Manager and Property Inspectors. You will have clear goals and assignments daily, and you will be rewarded for your team's performance. We use some of the industry's best systems to plan, coordinate, and task manage. We provide company vehicles for you to use while you work, and we also pay mileage if a company vehicle is not available to you. We strive for a healthy work life balance. • Maintaining high cleaning and maintenance standards
• Handling escalated issues with guests
• Creating plans to keep the properties in excellent shape
• Performing property inspections as needed
• Traveling to properties to complete required tasks

Goals of an Assistant Property Manager:

• Maintain an average review score of 4.65 or higher.
• Maintain a happy, tenured, and motivated team.
• Take advantage of every opportunity to WTG (Wow the Guest)
• Retain property owners by maintaining the property to the standards of the property owner's expectations.
• Manage your territory in accordance with budgeted requirements.

Schedule:

This position is a full-time, year-round, position located in Panama City Beach, FL. Working days will be Sunday through Saturday with scheduled days, and after hours on call shifts, based on business needs. Weekend work is required. Holiday work may be required based on business needs.
