Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-focused, customer-oriented team member for the role of Assistant Property Manager. Job Details
  • Salary: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour
  • Store Address: 7804 Meadow View Dr. Shawnee, KS 66227
Essential Duties
  • Manage daily property operations independently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
  • Maximize sales through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collections.
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and handle bank deposits per company policies.
  • Enforce policies to ensure safety and optimize rentable units.
Job Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Sales experience.
Physical Requirements
  • Regular property walks during shifts.
  • Outdoor work including walking, climbing stairs, opening doors.
  • Maintain property cleanliness and perform inspections.
  • Lift/move items up to 35 pounds.
  • May require errands and travel between locations.
Average Day

Your day involves opening preparations, customer interactions, rental processing, property inspections, and closing procedures, with a balanced work schedule and evenings off to enjoy personal pursuits.
