Job description

Join to apply for the Assistant Property Manager role at GULF STREAM MARINE.

Gulfstream Staffing is partnered with a rapidly expanding real estate investment management company. We are currently seeking candidates for an Assistant Property Manager position in their Student Housing division based in Lawrence, KS.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing all financial activities, including onsite accounting software and billing for residential and commercial accounts.
2. Preparing financial reports, budgets, revenue projections, and variance analysis.
3. Documenting and billing for unit inspections during Winter, Spring, and Summer breaks.
4. Creating notices for lease violations and fines.
5. Serving as back-up to the Property Manager and supporting overall property operations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree preferred, or comparable experience in student housing.
2. At least 2 years of experience in property operations or leasing within student housing or residential property management.
3. Experience with financials and budgeting.
4. Strong project management skills.
5. Excellent customer service and resident relations skills.
