Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain your property, including customer service and property upkeep.
• Develop customer relationships, identify self-storage needs, and provide solutions with excellent service.
• Interact face-to-face with customers, meet sales goals, and perform property tours.
• Handle leasing, payments, and courtesy calls regarding late payments.
• Perform property maintenance such as cleaning, lock checks, and light repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept facility, including landscaping and repairs.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays and possibly Sundays.
