Our client is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support an experienced Portfolio Property Manager overseeing approximately 8-9 condominium and cooperative properties throughout New York City. This is a corporate, portfolio-based position rather than an onsite building role. The Assistant Property Manager will serve as the Property Manager's right hand, helping manage the administrative and operational needs of multiple condo and co‑op properties while ensuring deadlines, resident requests, Board matters, compliance items, and property documentation are handled accurately and efficiently.
