In your role at CubeSmart Self Storage, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining your property, which includes customer service and property maintenance skills.

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for:

Customer Service:

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering excellent service.
• Interacting face-to-face with customers, providing service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform lock checks and show units to customers.
• Working independently and as part of a team to rent storage spaces, sell merchandise, manage leases, accept payments via POS, complete deposits, and follow up on late payments.

Property Maintenance:

• Performing daily property walks, cleaning units and the property, opening/closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs.), and light maintenance activities like mopping, sweeping, changing bulbs, and cleaning units.
• Ensuring the facility remains clean and safe, including restrooms, landscaping, parking, paving, fencing, walls, and doors.

Qualifications

You’d be great in this role if you have…

• Experience in delivering high-quality customer service to diverse customers.
• Basic computer skills.

Additional information:

• You must be able to work Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder.

The hourly rate is $17.91 - $19.41, depending on experience.

*Some locations may require Sunday hours.
