Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain your property, combining customer service and property maintenance skills.
• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions, delivering 5-Star service.
• Interact face-to-face with customers, build rapport, and meet sales goals.
• Perform property walks, lock checks, unit showings, and manage leasing, payments, and deposits.
• Maintain the facility, including cleaning, light repairs, and ensuring safety standards.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience in customer service to diverse customers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to perform duties, including walking, bending, and climbing.

Hourly rate: $17.91 - $19.41, depending on experience. Some locations may require Sunday hours.
