In your role at CubeSmart Self Storage, you will be required to manage and maintain your property, involving customer service and property maintenance skills.
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for:
Customer Service:
- Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering excellent service.
- Interacting face-to-face with customers, providing service, and building rapport.
- Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
- Walking the property to perform lock checks and show units.
- Working independently and as part of a team to rent storage spaces, sell merchandise, manage leasing, accept payments via POS, complete bank deposits, and follow up on late payments.
Property Maintenance:
- Physical requirements include daily property walks, cleaning units and the property, opening and closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs).
- Maintaining the facility through tasks like mopping, sweeping, changing bulbs, cleaning units, and other light activities.
- Ensuring the storage facility is clean and safe, meeting company standards (restrooms, landscaping, parking, fencing, walls, doors).

Qualifications
You’d be great in this role if you have…

- Experience delivering high-quality customer service to diverse customers.
- Basic computer skills.
Additional notes:
- Ability to work Saturdays is required.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Frequent physical activities include standing, sitting, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, climbing, or balancing on a ladder.
*Some locations may require Sunday hours
