Assistant Property Manager - Single-Family Homes - RPM Iowa

RPM Iowa is a property management company seeking to add an Assistant Property Manager to our team. The ideal candidate communicates well, negotiates effectively, has excellent phone skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Unlike traditional roles in multi-family complexes, this position focuses on Maintenance and Property Management for our portfolio of single-family homes:

• Assisting with Maintenance Requests: Follow up on resident work orders, coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors, and ensure timely repairs.

• Maintaining Property Records: Keep accurate records of maintenance histories and vital documentation.

• Conducting Property Inspections: Regularly inspect properties to meet standards for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.

Please note: This role is not focused on leasing, rent collection, or administrative tasks typical of apartment complex property managers. It centers on vendor and tenant communication, record-keeping, and inspections.

This is an in-person, in-office position available immediately for the right candidate.
