This is a part-time position working with the Property Manager for 24 hours a week at Parmenter Circle I and II. This position will involve leasing, tours, marketing, events, and administrative duties.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the campus, assist the Community Manager, and ensure a positive resident experience.
  • Handle administrative tasks, coordinate events, and assist with leasing activities.
  • Serve as backup for the Community Manager when needed.

Responsibilities for Parmenter Circle I and II: Part-time, 24 hours per week.

  • Build rapport with prospects, residents, and their families.
  • Manage leasing calls, set appointments, and process applications.
  • Foster relationships with community partners.
  • Maintain weekly office hours at each building.
  • Coordinate monthly calendars, events, and administrative tasks.
  • Conduct daily check-ins with the Community Manager.
  • Handle administrative paperwork and lease renewals.
  • Maintain confidentiality and process check requests.
  • Draft newsletters and activity calendars.
  • Manage and close maintenance service requests.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Prior administrative and customer service experience required.
  • Property management experience is a plus.

Skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to produce quality work within deadlines, independently or with supervision.
  • Professional interaction with team members and external contacts.

Computer Applications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; OneSite experience is helpful.
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM.
