Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, friendly, and technically savvy Assistant Property Manager (APM). We offer competitive pay and benefits for this exempt position. This role is based out of our Atlanta office.
The APM is responsible for addressing and resolving tenant issues and complaints, overseeing any necessary construction, and making recommendations to our Asset Management team. The role involves making decisions with a clear understanding of company policies, procedures, and all applicable State and Federal regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include answering tenant and vendor calls, dispatching work orders, assisting with management reports, preparing vendor contracts, processing invoices, and achieving business goals within established timelines.
