Assistant Property Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-focused, customer-oriented team member for the role of Assistant Property Manager. Job Details
  • Salary: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour
  • Store Address: 1909 W Loop 281, Longview TX 75604
Essential Duties
  • Manage daily property operations independently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
  • Maximize sales through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collections.
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and handle bank deposits per company policies.
  • Enforce policies to ensure safety and maximize rentable units.
Job Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Sales experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Conduct property walks regularly.
  • Spend approximately 50% of time outdoors, including walking, climbing stairs, and opening large doors.
  • Maintain property cleanliness and appearance, including inspections and maintenance tasks.
  • Transport items up to 35 pounds.
  • May run errands and travel between locations.
Typical Day

Your day includes opening preparations, assisting customers, handling rental agreements, performing inspections, and closing procedures. You will also participate in meetings, training, and other activities, with a schedule that offers work/life balance, including Sundays off and work ending by 6 pm.
