Job Title: Assistant Property Manager at Greenwood Star

Greenwood Star is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of experience in the multi-family industry and be capable of managing a Class A+ property with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain occupancy and limit delinquency rates
• Attract and educate new tenants
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
• Update and improve properties to increase ROI
• Ensure timely processing of work orders and repairs
• Supervise and train property staff
• Enforce property and association rules
• Review weekly financial reports
• Implement strategies to increase NOI
• Prepare market comparison reports

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Property Manager
• Knowledge of real estate contracts and leases
• Proficiency in accounting and mathematical functions
• Experience with Yardi, word processing, and presentation software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
