We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-focused, customer-oriented team member for the role of Self-Storage Property Manager. As a Part Time Assistant Property Manager, you will manage daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and contribute to the organization's success. Job Details:
  • Salary: $14 - $15.50 per hour
  • Store Address: 5990 Parkway N Blvd Cumming, GA 30040
  • Part Time: 24-32 hours per week
Essential Duties:
  • Manage daily property operations independently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
  • Maximize sales through unit rentals, insurance, and supplies.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collections.
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and handle bank deposits per company policies.
  • Enforce policies and procedures to ensure safety and maximize rentable units.
Job Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Sales experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Perform property walks regularly.
  • Work outdoors approximately 50% of the time, including walking, climbing stairs, and opening large doors.
  • Maintain property cleanliness and perform inspections and maintenance tasks.
  • Lift/move items up to 35 pounds.
  • May need to run errands and travel between locations.
Typical Day:

Your day will be dynamic and diverse, starting with opening preparations, customer interactions, property inspections, and closing procedures. You'll enjoy a work/life balance with no Sundays and work ending by 6 pm, leaving time for personal pursuits.
