Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager for Terrace Green Apartments in the Little Rock area.

The role focuses on day-to-day property management tasks, including leasing, resident relations, and financial duties, with emphasis on timely income posting and compliance. The ideal candidate has prior property management experience, knowledge of HUD or affordable housing programs, and proficiency with property management software.

Qualifications

• Previous property management experience required.
• HUD or affordable housing experience highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, resident relations, rent collection, annual recertification and compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect and post income within 24 hours of collection.
• Prepare and deliver delinquency, eviction and three-day notices to vacate.
• Interface with residents to schedule renewals or move-outs.
• Participate in leasing activity.
• File resident correspondence, back up phones, and assist in office management.
• Prepare security deposit refunds or charges.
• Post vending commissions, NSF checks, and other incomes/expenses.
• Keep all lease files current and complete.
• Take over Property Manager responsibilities when Manager is unavailable.

Tarantino Properties is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Assistant Property Manager at Terrace Green Apartments.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Collection and posting of income within 24 hours of collection.
• Preparation and delivery of all delinquency, eviction, and three-day notices to vacate.
• Interface with residents to schedule renewals or move-outs.
• Participate in the leasing activity.
• File all resident correspondence, back up the phones, and assist in general office management.
• Prepare security deposit refunds or charges.
• Post all vending commissions, NSF checks, and other miscellaneous incomes / expenses.
• Keep all lease files current and complete.
• Take over the Property Manager’s responsibilities when Property Manager is not available

Requirements

• Previous property management experience, required.
• Previous experience in HUD or affordable housing highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of leasing, resident relations, rent collections, annual recertification, compliance, and property management software is preferred.
• Must possess excellent communications, organizational problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Candidate must be able to multitask, work independently, maintain professionalism, assist with resident concerns, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
