Tarantino Properties is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager for Terrace Green Apartments in Little Rock, AR. You will handle daily property operations and support the Property Manager, ensuring resident satisfaction and smooth leasing processes.

Responsibilities include timely income posting, notices, renewals, and coordinating moves while maintaining files and supporting office tasks. HUD or affordable housing experience is preferred, with strong communication and organizational

Qualifications

• Previous property management experience required.
• HUD or affordable housing experience highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, resident relations, rent collections, annual recertification, compliance, and property management software.
• Excellent communications, organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Tarantino Properties is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Assistant Property Manager at Terrace Green Apartments.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Collection and posting of income within 24 hours of collection.
• Preparation and delivery of all delinquency, eviction, and three-day notices to vacate.
• Interface with residents to schedule renewals or move-outs.
• Participate in the leasing activity.
• File all resident correspondence, back up the phones, and assist in general office management.
• Prepare security deposit refunds or charges.
• Post all vending commissions, NSF checks, and other miscellaneous incomes / expenses.
• Keep all lease files current and complete.
• Take over the Property Manager’s responsibilities when Property Manager is not available

Requirements

• Previous property management experience, required.
• Previous experience in HUD or affordable housing highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of leasing, resident relations, rent collections, annual recertification, compliance, and property management software is preferred.
• Must possess excellent communications, organizational problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Candidate must be able to multitask, work independently, maintain professionalism, assist with resident concerns, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
