Description

Job Details:
  • Salary: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
  • Store Addresses: 920 West County Line Rd., Indianapolis, IN 46217; 4005 S Emerson Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46203; 4115 Heiney Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46203
Essential Duties:
  • Manage daily property operations independently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
  • Achieve sales objectives through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies.
  • Handle payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collection efforts.
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and perform bank deposits following company policies.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure safety and maximize rentable units.
Job Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Sales experience.
Physical Requirements:
  • Regular property walks during shifts.
  • Outdoor work including walking, climbing stairs, and opening large doors, approximately 50% of the time.
  • Maintain property cleanliness through inspections and maintenance tasks.
  • Transport items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Run errands and travel between store locations as needed.
Typical Day:

Your day involves opening preparations, customer interactions, rental processing, property inspections, and closing procedures. You will engage in virtual meetings, training, and collaborative projects. The schedule allows for a healthy work/life balance, with no Sundays work and work ending by 6 pm.
