Support the day-to-day operations of commercial properties

Act as the go-to person for tenants, vendors, and contractors

You’ll thrive in this role if you value clear processes and feel confident doing things like:

Managing work orders and vendor requests

Assisting with lease administration, move-ins, and move-outs

Tracking property expenses and supporting budget prep

Performing regular property inspections and coordinating maintenance

Jumping in on capital projects or emergency situations as needed

In this role, you'll be accountable to hit metrics like:

100% of tenant issues addressed timely and professionally

On-time delivery of monthly reports and budgets

Completion of regular property inspections and action items

Compensation:

This role offers a competitive base salary in the range of $55,000 to $62,500, depending on your experience and qualifications. Bonus opportunities are tied to overall company performance—because when the company grows, so should your paycheck. We do things a little differently here than the rest of the industry, and that includes how we think about rewarding great work and shared wins.
