In your role at CubeSmart Self Storage, you will manage and maintain your property, requiring skills in customer service and property maintenance.

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for:

Customer Service:

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions, delivering excellent service.
• Interacting face-to-face with customers, building rapport.
• Meeting sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property for lock checks and unit showings.
• Managing leasing, selling merchandise, accepting payments via POS, completing bank deposits, and following up on late payments.

Property Maintenance:

• Performing daily walks, cleaning units and property, opening/closing doors (up to 50 lbs.), light maintenance activities like mopping, changing bulbs, and cleaning.
• Ensuring the facility is clean and safe, including restrooms, landscaping, parking, fencing, walls, and doors.

Qualifications

You’d be great if you have:

• A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to diverse customers.
• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to work Saturdays; some locations may require Sundays.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
