Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-focused, customer-oriented team member for the role of Assistant Property Manager. Job Details
  • Salary: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
  • Store Address: 1066 W Main St Hendersonville TN 37075
Essential Duties
  • Manage daily property operations independently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
  • Maximize sales through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collection efforts.
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits following company policies.
  • Enforce company policies to ensure safety and maximize rentable units.
Job Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Sales experience.
Physical Requirements
  • Regular property walks during shifts.
  • Outdoor work including walking, climbing stairs, and opening large doors.
  • Maintain property cleanliness and conduct inspections.
  • Transport items up to 35 pounds.
  • Travel between store locations may be required.
Typical Day

Your day involves opening preparations, customer assistance, rental processing, property inspections, and closing procedures. You will enjoy a work/life balance with five-day workweeks (no Sundays) and end work by 6 pm, allowing personal time outside of work.
