We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager for our Rivergate Meadows community, which has 200 units in Goodlettsville, TN. The role involves assisting the Property Manager in managing the multi-family apartment community.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM

Responsibilities:

  • Accept and post rental payments using YARDI
  • Provide clerical support to the leasing office
  • Maintain accurate monthly commission records
  • Act as Property Manager in their absence
  • Tour property and model units
  • Process and follow up on applications
  • Prepare leases and related paperwork
  • Ensure units are ready for move-in
  • Orient new residents
  • Monitor renewals and distribute notices
  • Address resident questions and concerns
  • Handle work orders satisfactorily
  • Enforce community policies and rules

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience as Assistant Property Manager and leasing
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • 1+ years sales or leasing experience; or 6+ months on-site leasing experience
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
  • Experience with collections
  • Proficiency in MS Office; YARDI experience preferred

Physical Demands: The role involves mobility tasks such as climbing stairs, walking, and standing for extended periods, with some repetitive hand/wrist motions from computer use.
